Suhr Pro Series guitars are now available in six models to suit a variety of playing styles and visual tastes. From the more classic looking S1 and S2 models with Alder body to the fancier looking S3 and S4 models with top grade Flame Maple tops on American Basswood body or the S5 and S6 models with the Gotoh Floyd double-locking bridge with twin humbuckers, the Pro Series covers a wide sonic territory with amazing playability and incredible looks. Pro Series S1 and S2 Models
S2 Mercedes Traditional in look and features, the S1 and S2 models deliver more bang for the buck than any other guitars in their class.
The original Suhr Pro Series models, these guitars have taken the high-end "boutique" guitar market by storm for delivering the amazing Suhr quality and attention to detail for a very reasonable price.
The popular S1 model features a lightweight Alder body, plain grain hard rock Eastern Maple neck, Indian Rosewood fingerboard, the Even C Slim neck shape, the Gotoh 510 bridge, Sperzel locking tuners, and the SSV humbucker in the bridge position and the V60LP single-coil pickups in the neck and middle positions.
Buzz Feiten Tuning System and the Plek fret-leveling job are standard features on the Pro Series guitars just like on our Custom guitars.
The Pro Series S2 model is the one-piece Maple neck version of the S1. For those who've wanted all the great features of the popular S1 model but prefer the look and the snappier high-midrange punch of the one-piece Maple neck, this guitar is the one for you.
